Meet the studio

Who is TKG Theory?

A social media studio built for restaurants. Founded in San Diego, based in Los Angeles and serving all of Southern California.

Our story

Started in San Diego in July 2025 with one simple theory

Restaurants make the most craveable things in the city, but most of them don't have time to film, edit and post every week. So we do it for them.

TKG Theory opened in San Diego in July 2025. Within a few months, an 8lb ramen challenge we dreamed up for RakiRaki pulled in more than 30 million views. Today we manage more than 61K followers across our restaurant partners and post fresh content every single week. The studio is now based in Los Angeles and works with restaurants all through Southern California.

We're foodies first. We talk the way your guests talk, we know what makes a bowl of ramen look irresistible on a phone screen, and we'd rather make you laugh than sell you something.

Why “TKG”?

Named after a bowl of comfort

Tamago kake gohan: hot rice, a raw egg and a splash of soy sauce. Three humble ingredients, endlessly craveable. That's our recipe for content, too.

Hot rice

Simple ideas

One clear hook per video that anyone gets in a second.

Raw egg

Real food

Filmed on site: the actual dishes, team and energy.

Soy sauce

A splash of humor

Captions that sound like a friend, not an ad.

What we believe

House rules

Funny beats fancy

People share what makes them laugh. A great caption can outperform a big budget.

Make them hungry

Every video should make someone want to eat, right now, at your place.

Never like an ad

Your feed should feel like a friend with great taste, not a commercial break.
